How Your Coasters Are Made
How Your Coasters Are Made
Each piece goes through a slow, intentional process:
- Hand-poured into its mould
- Cured for 72 hours for strength and durability
- Hand-sanded for detailing
- Allowed to cure for a further 24 hours before sealing
- Sealed to protect against moisture, heat and stains
- Cured for a final 48 hours to allow the protective finish to develop. (Water and heat resistance).
This careful process ensures a refined finish and long-lasting piece that feels as good as it looks. In total, each piece takes 6-7 days to make.
