At AfriBix, we pride ourselves on crafting plants that are strong and durable, made with high-quality materials. However, we understand that accidents can happen, and even the most resilient pieces can break.
Your Plant comes with a shipping guarantee. It will be replaced should it be damaged in transit. Email support@afribix.com to arrange a free replacement. Please note that you’ll need to send the damaged plant back to complete this process.
